Our meals are crafted in mind for your health and can be modified for fat loss, muscle gain and dietary requirements – depending on your goals and healthy living specifications. Depending on your nutritional needs for carbs, proteins, fats, and calories, we have various options available. Our typical options run between 100-200 grams of vegetables, protein, carbohydrates per meal (customizable for your particular needs). 

Simply tell us what is best for you, and then sit back and enjoy as delicious and healthy food is delivered straight to your home or office. For some extra help, we have a certified nutritional and workout coach on standby, ready to kick-start your fitness and health journey.

Amazing Fitness Food meals can easily be made according to your dietary requirements and specifications. We can craft meals according to Keto, Carb Cycle, Vegetarian and Vegan diets.

Ketogenic Diets are low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats while paired with a moderate amount of protein. By reducing carbs and replacing them with healthy fats, your body will go into a metabolic state known as Ketosis – ideal for losing body fat. We offer Carb Cycling meal plans to ensure you alternate your carb intake on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This process assists with losing fat and still maintaining ideal physical performance during your diet. This choice has been known to help overcome those who have faced a weight-loss dead end in their journey. We track and adjust your carbs accordingly based on suggestions directly from a nutritional coach.

We are proud to offer a plentiful variety of Vegetarian options. We ensure all meat, fish, and poultry are excluded from these meal plans while providing tasty alternatives that deliver exciting dishes that are not repetitive (a real problem you encounter when some companies offer a “vegetarian” option). You’ll never get bored with these meals!

Our Head Chef and owner, Lindsay, specialises in plant-based food, and takes great pride in her vegan dishes. Vegan meals abstain from using any animal products, such as eggs, dairy or meat. Instead, we use vegetables, soy products (such as tofu) and legumes- which include peas, beans, lentils, nuts, and seeds.
